Alkarim Devani is co-founder of mddl and RNDSQR, where his work has garnered national recognition for advancing middle housing across North America. He's currently working with 15 cities on building middle housing policy, innovation, and ecosystems. mddl has recently launched the first middle housing education program in partnership with the University of Calgary (mddlU), aimed at equipping developers, builders, and industry professionals with the knowledge to scale missing middle housing.
