
Amélie Cossé
Co-founder and Managing Director, Momentum Transport Canada
Amélie Cossé is the co-founder and Managing Director of Momentum Transport Canada, which she established in Montréal in 2018.
A passionate advocate for sustainable mobility and people-first urban design, she leads projects that transform how communities move and interact, working with clients such as the City of Montréal, the City of Moncton and the Yukon Government.
Amélie holds a dual master’s degree from Sciences Po Paris and the London School of Economics and began her career in London, where she delivered major mobility strategies for iconic sites including the Museum of London and Stonehenge.
She successfully built Momentum Canada from the ground up, fostering a talented team dedicated to creating vibrant, accessible spaces that prioritize walking, cycling, and public transit.
Committed to advancing the transportation industry, she also co-founded the Young Professionals in Transportation Montréal chapter to support the next generation of mobility leaders and participates as a member of the Active Transportation Integrated Committee at TAC.
