Gavin Bailey RPP, MCIP

Gavin Bailey is the Director of Planning and Development with Tridel and Registered Professional Planner (RPP). He has over 20 years of professional planning experience in land use planning/development approvals and facilitation. Gavin provides strategic land use planning advice and comprehensive project management for a variety of high-rise, mid-rise residential and mixed-use projects throughout Toronto and Peel Region. Gavin has a specific interest in land development planning and its impact on the built environment. Specifically, it is imperative to build complete communities that provide a balance of attractive built-forms, appropriate densities and a positive public realm that is vibrant and incorporates the needs of pedestrians with all forms of transportation. Gavin acts as a Regional Advisor with the Building Industry and Land Development (BILD) Association to represent the interests of the development industry and work collaboratively with the municipalities to achieve common goals and objectives.
