Joyce Lau

Joyce Lau is a Development Manager at Dream Unlimited, where she leads multidisciplinary teams on complex urban development projects. Most recently, she is advancing the Quayside Master Plan—a 3.4 million-square-foot mixed-use waterfront community delivered in partnership with Waterfront Toronto. Throughout her career, Joyce has worked across all stages of the development process, gaining extensive experience in navigating public-private partnerships and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
