Jude Tersigni

Jude is the Senior Vice President, Planning and Development at Menkes Developments Ltd., a fully integrated real estate development company with its primary focus in the GTA. At Menkes, Jude is involved in the evaluation of potential real estate acquisitions from a land use perspective, and the coordination of municipal approvals for low-rise and high-rise residential communities, office and commercial/industrial properties as well as mixed-use projects. Over the past 20 years with the company, Jude has secured approvals for over 20,000 residential condominium units, approximately 10,000 low-rise homes and several million square feet of commercial, industrial and office buildings. Jude is a Registered Professional Planner (RPP), a Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) and has sit on the Board of Directors of the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) for the past 8 years.
