Julie Di Lorenzo

Julie Di Lorenzo comes from a long family history of Italian construction professionals in North America. Her father, Nick Di Lorenzo, was a dominant contractor and innovator in Toronto in the 1960's and 70's, inventing the "flying form" method of high-rise construction and bringing over the tall cranes from Europe that made it possible.

Julie has been part of the development industry for over 40 years as an entrepreneur, real estate developer, and city builder, while simultaneously devoting her time and leadership towards innovating, improving, and supporting our communities.

Through Julie's leadership, Mirabella has become one of the largest female-run development companies in North America, where she has consistently embraced and pushed through multiple recessions, challenging development sites, and opposition in order to bring incredible landmark projects to life. Julie has been bestowed many awards and honours for her accomplishments including appointments into the Order of Ontario and the BILD Hall of Fame as well as receipt of the BILD Riley Brethour award, the ICCO Businesswoman of the Year Award, and many others.
