Leen Romaneh, LPP, MCIP, PMP is a Project Manager with the Transportation Planning division of the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM).  She leads infrastructure planning projects for neighborhoods like the Young District, aiming to transform them into complete, transit-oriented communities with appropriate roadway, pedestrian, cycling and transit infrastructure to support their growth. Leen also leads the functional planning and design of several strategic corridors, like Windmill Road and Water Street, to support their transformation into safe, comfortable and enjoyable streets for all road users.
