Are you a student or young professional who loves exploring Ottawa? Share your favourite public space with us and help CanU Forum attendees discover the city through your eyes.
Think about your favourite spot in the city which you believe deserves to be discovered.
Submit a high-resolution photograph of this place with a short text describing why is this place special and why people should see it.
For all the foodies out there, please also send us suggestions for your favourite restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and any other great places which you think our attendees should visit.
We will collect the information to share with CanU Forum’s participants so they can explore the best places in your city and see them through your eyes.
Selected photos will be printed and exhibited throughout the Forum at The Warehouse.
The winners will be also invited to join us for the final evening program and reception on Friday October 23rd, 2026.
Please submit your photo in a high resolution together with your description by September 14th, 2026.

All entries must meet the following requirements:

Upload photographs with the original pixel size (unless cropped). Do not scale and do not change the resolution.

Photographs must be uploaded in JPEG format with high-quality compression.

Submit a short text (maximum 500 words) describing the uniqueness of your favourite place.

Every contest winner receives:
